I am very pleased - was able to get approval to use a recipe from Barbara Fairchild's new cookbook Fast, Easy, Fresh for Rick Passek. Rick is talking about connecting families with outdoor ideas - camping, fishing and yes, bugs. The Bon Appetit cookbook has a great camping friendly recipe and it will be great to include it with Rick's media outreach. We have really rounded out the story idea and made things easy for producers, writers and editors... that's the goal! Promotes Rick and promotes Barbara and the cookbook - win/win.
